VALENTINO JOSEPH
Valentino Joseph Lanoce, Jr, age 92 of Jensen Beach, Florida and Wildwood, New Jersey passed away on December 30, 2024, at his home in Jensen Beach, Florida.
Valentino was born on October 2, 1932, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Valentino Lanoce, Sr. and Antoinette (Secreta) Lanoce. He is predeceased by his sister Gloria (Lanoce) DiDio.
Valentino married Lucille DiSilvestro on April 19, 1958. He graduated from Villanova University and was a member of the United States Army Reserve. He and his family owned and operated the Hof Brau Hotel and Valentino's Restaurant in Wildwood New Jersey. In addition to being a restauranter, Valentino owned an insurance brokerage firm. He was known for his kindness, humor, breakout singing, and his keen historical knowledge of the old Wildwood days. He enjoyed traveling and hosting visitors ensuring his special hazelnut coffee was served.
He is survived by his wife Lucille Lanoce (DiSilvestro), daughter Vita Lanoce and her husband Dr. Edwin Flanagan of Jensen Beach, Florida, and son Valentino Lanoce III of San Antonio, Texas; three grandchildren also survive him, Alexandra, Rafaella and Isabelle Lanoce. He was a loving and dedicated husband, father, and grandfather.
A memorial service and celebration of life will be held in the spring in Wildwood New Jersey in honor of a life well lived.
PENDRAK, JOSEPH J., Sr. Joseph J. Pendrak, Sr. 95 of Cape May Court House/Avalon, NJ passed away December 31, 2024.
