VIERA, NELSON E. JR., 32, of Atlantic City, formerly of Woodbine, passed away January 17, 2014. He was born in Cape May Court House to Wanda and Nelson Viera. He previously worked as a Supervisor for his uncle at Servicemaster in Florida and worked several years for Avalon Awning in Wildwood, NJ. He is survived by his girlfriend, La’Toya Derrick; his children, Osh-Shakkur Derrick, Bri’Yan Viera, Alay’siah Viera, Tashan Gibson, Shawnique Viera, Enrique Viera, Deveon Folie, and Amillio Viera; his father, Nelson (Carol) Viera, Sr.; brothers, Michael and Justin Viera; and sister, Ashley Viera; and mother, Wanda Rodriguez. He is predeceased by his daughter, Briyanah Viera. Funeral services will be on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church, 1324 DeHirsch Ave., Woodbine, where viewing will begin at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at Seaside Cemetery.
