What: A baby contest and fun, decorated parade on the boardwalk

When: Parade is Wednesday, July 31 at 6 p.m., registration from 4:30 to 5:15 p.m.

Where: Parade begins at the Wildwoods Convention Center and heads north

The Wildwood Civic Club is pleased to announce the 114th Wildwoods Baby Parade, open to children 12 years and younger, at the Wildwoods Convention Center – 4501 Boardwalk in Wildwood, on Wednesday, July 31. Registration is FREE and begins at 4:30 p.m. and ends promptly at 5:15 p.m. Judging takes place in front of the Convention Center between 5 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.

The entry categories are as follows:

Cutest – baby boy and cutest Baby Girl under 12 months

Individual Best Dressed

Best Themed Group – fun, silly..you get the idea

Small Float – decorated wagon or stroller

Large Float – be creative.

Parade line-up commences at 5:45 p.m. and steps off at the Wildwoods Convention Center at 6 p.m. The parade proceeds north for 10 blocks on the Boardwalk to Cedar Avenue. Introductions and awards will be announced by Queen Oceania at Boardwalk and Cedar Avenue, the end of the Parade. Rain date is Thursday, August 1, if necessary.
