Woman Shoplifter Arrested at Villas CVS

ERMA — Lower Township patrol officers were called to the Villas CVS Store on Wed., Dec. 8, at approximately 8:40 p.m. for a shoplifter.
The manager of the CVS Store advised officers that store employees had detained a 49-year-old female for shoplifting numerous items in the store.
When officers ran a warrants check on the subject identified as Tammy Lynn Fulcher, 49, of the 100 Block of Greenwood Avenue in Villas.
Fulcher was found to have an active Contempt of Court Warrant out of Middle Township Municipal Court for her arrest.
Fulcher was transported to Lower Township Police Department for processing where she was charged with one count of Shoplifting, after which she was lodged in the Cape May County Jail in default of bail on the Middle Township Contempt of Court Warrant.
The incident was investigated by Patrol Officer, Charles Ryan.
