Town Meeting Targets Long-Range Plan

STONE HARBOR — On Sept. 1 at 9 a.m. in the elementary school, 93rd Street and Third Avenue, Stone Harbor Planning Board will hold a town meeting.
Topic for that meeting will be a long-range comprehensive plan that the Planning Board has been working on in conjunction with Richard Pemiciaro.
Purpose of the meeting will be to provide the public with an update on the information gathered by surveys during the past month.
The public will have an opportunity to make comments.
Although Mayor Suzanne Walters and Borough Council are expected to attend, no formal action will be taken at the meeting, according to a notice dated Aug. 27.
