Police Charge Court House Man with Sex Assault

COURT HOUSE — On Nov. 11, Middle Township police arrested Kenneth Green, 42, of Court House, charging him with aggravated sexual assault and child endangerment.
According to police, an out of state juvenile reported being sexually assaulted within a residence by Green while visiting the area on Oct. 17. The victim was not injured and no weapon was used.
Green was lodged in county jail in lieu of $200,000 cash bail set by Judge Middlesworth of Atlantic County.
Investigation was led by Detective Clint Stocker with the assistance of the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office.
