SMITH, PATRICIA A., age 84, of Stone Harbor, NJ, passed away on December 24, 2015. Born in Philadelphia, PA, raised in Horsham, PA and a graduate of Little Flower High School, she lived in Chalfont, PA, then Pittsburgh, PA and happily retired to Stone Harbor, NJ with her loving husband, Chris. Patti was a warm, bright, funny woman, with a heart of gold. She was dearly loved by family and friends. She is survived by Christopher J. Smith, her husband of 58 years, daughters Christina Smith and Tracie Steely, and four granddaughters: Caroline Twohill, and Christina, Meredith, and Margot Steely. Memorial services will be private.
