CARVALE, KATHRYN
Kathryn “Kathie” Carvale, 73, of Ocean View, NJ, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 8th, after a long illness.
Born in Trenton, Kathie later made her home in Ocean City and Ocean View, where she built a life full of quiet joys and meaningful connections. A dedicated Registered Nurse for over 30 years, Kathie cared deeply for others, and her kindness and strength left a lasting impression on all who knew her. She had a green thumb and loved spending time in her garden, where she found peace and fulfillment.And she was friend of Bill W.
She is survived by her devoted companion and soulmate of 30 years, Charles A. Shoemaker; her brothers, Martin and Andrew (Kelly) Rutkowski; sisters, Judith Roux and Theresa Cormier; and many cherished nieces and nephews. Kathie was preceded in death by her parents, Irwin and Lois Rutkowski.
Her life will be celebrated at a gathering to be held at the Belleplain VFW, where family and friends are invited to share memories and honor her legacy.
