Mary (Betsy) Elizabeth Tomlinson passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family. Betsy was born in Philadelphia, PA. She graduated from Frankford High School and married Francis Den Tomlinson in 1958. She resided in North Wildwood, NJ. Betsy was a member of the North Wildwood Methodist Church and the Elks.
Betsy had a fun-loving spirit and a zest for life. Her world revolved around her family. She was a loving and devoted wife. Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her pride and joy.
She was reunited in heaven with her husband Francis Den Tomlinson, her parents Robert and Margaret Patterson, and her brother Robert Patterson, Jr.
Betsy is survived by 4 children: Francis Den Tomlinson, Jr., Robin (Steve) Mecke, Jeffrey (Amy) Tomlinson, Michael (Luanne) Tomlinson, 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, her sister Margaret Bishop, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation is from 10 to 11am at North Wildwood Methodist Church, Satruday June 14. Memorial Service at 11am. 139 East 2nd Ave., North Wildwood. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to North Wildwood Methodist Church or Elks Lodge #1896
