You would think that when a world leader visits a foreign country and meets with the leader of that country, that person would have someone explain the protocol of those meetings. Because our president is incapable of learning anything, he has left the Japanese PM standing with her mouth open at his lack of understanding what his behavior should have been. Just one more thing to make the world laugh at the guy in charge of our country. Oh, and he now wants us to buy Japanese cars. America First!
