Wonder if the new Police Station will have the mechanicals below the flood level, leave the computer room open prior to being weather tight or fail to install flashing on the windows and doors ? Oh wait that was the "punch list" on the Convention Hall and Fire Station that created big time change orders AFTER the construction was completed. Have any of those issues been resolved ? Lowest bid doesn't equate to proper build !
