Who is permitted to set off large fireworks displays? Recently a neighbor on Crestview had such a display on the Fourth, without regard for a nearby woods and neighbors who had to deal with the debris on their lawns. This could set fire to the woods or to the neighboring new roofs and patio furniture. To say nothing of the traumatized pets! Do we call the police, the fire department? Or just file a lawsuit? This neighbor has been addressed before on this issue!
