Who decided to threaten those who paid for a bench on promenade with removal of that bench, and $2500.00 for new one ...80pct of them are in same condition as when they were purchased...unless yhey have been intentionally damaged since labor day. That is when i last walked to see my parents bench They tried this in 2023. Was contested and cancelled...we will contest it again
