Visited an old Army buddy in Arkansas. Rents a very nice 3 bed, 2 bath house for 475.00 a month . I have family members paying 2400.00 a month for a 2 bed 1 bath pig sty in Jersey. I have no answer for this but want to wish the young families starting out good luck. Sometimes I think it's good to be old.
