To the spouter regarding people driving on flooded streets in SIC. They do not care. I live on Landis and have called the police and they will not do anything about it. It's an emergency when the roads flood and they will not assist. If you bring it up at council meetings, you are dismissed rather quickly. But, if you want great access to the beach, visit the 74th street beach, the mobi mats are endless.
