To the Spouter complaining about the Upper Township PTO, try getting your facts straight. This is one PTO with a loaded calendar of events & fundraisers who provide tons of fun for students and families and give back to teachers through grants. Halloween dances and festivities have been happening, December fun is on and so much more. Like the moderator said, it takes parent volunteers. Maybe you can be one of them. By the way, Upper teachers show up, volunteer and go above & beyond to help out!
