To the person upset that the veteran's day parade was not held out of doors, I want to say, even though Veteran's Day was a sunny day, the forecast was for temperatures in the mid 40s with high winds. With this in mind the ceremonies were held indoors. If the spouter wished to honor our veterans, the 2nd floor museum was open for tours. The legion had dozens available to tour our guests. Those same dozens are available throughout the summer. The dozens are veterans and would be proud to show off our outstanding museum displays and our 1895 lifesaving station.
