There’s really no point in having commissioner elections in this backwards county. Anytime voters are given a choice to break up the good old club they just reelect the good old boys. Then they complain about how corrupt the commissioners are. As long as county voters continue to just always vote republican, nothing will ever improve here. The GOP commissioners know they will get reelected no matter what. There is nothing to keep the commissioners in check.
