The State wide problem with cost associated with the State Health Benefits program has been known for at least the past 3 years, many towns pulled out long ago preparing best for the significant increases now upon us. Shame Council (specifically the A&F committee headed by Gensemer & Dallahan) had no idea since they focused on non-existant problems and their own agenda. The councils inadequacy will now cost the town and employees more than necessary. The damage caused over the past three-four years is now coming to light -
