The problem with schools is the administrations. You’ve got the hardest working people making the least amount of money. Give each school one principal Thats it. Increase teachers aides, make classrooms more manageable. Teachers need to return to actual teaching instead of the insane checklists of administrators. Get rid of the money sucking administrative positions.
