Stone Harbor is doing a dumb thing. If they are collecting too much on their own Library Tax, then they should lower the Library tax. That's only rational. If they need more fot the General Fund, then raise the tax for the General Fund. Why get out of the County Library System which is set up exactly for each town's Library. Son't do dumb things, Please!
