Spouters should have to pass an IQ test before their Spout gets published. The new White House ballroom is being funded by President Trump and independent donors. NO TAX DOLLARS are being spent! ( as an aside ,the Moderator should have noted the Spout as fake news or not published it at all. I thought one of the comment standards asks the question “ is it truthful”. Time to tighten things up )
