So, I live in Cape May, big deal huh... BUT, with many of the speed limits at 25, (which is fine) how come these Electric bikes and scooters can do 40 at times! I was coming from the beach front heading to the USCG base, doing the posted speed limit and got PASSED by an E-bike on the right with a lady driver, no helmet. OK, I had this also happen on Washington street, NOBODY should be speeding down that road. This is NOT an isolated incident, I live here year round and seen this many times. Cape May Police better get on their "A" game, somebodies going to get hurt sadly.
