So I have been working about 20 months without a contract and because we are government employees in NJ we are not allowed to strike and I break my back everyday hanging on a truck with no complaint I enjoy my job, but I was late and punched in 10 minutes late and got my head ripped off by my supervisor and then I find out that the city hall employees come and go as they please because they do not have to ouch in or out. I believe that is because the biggest reason is so the administrator and his staff do not have to show their true hours a week. Taxpayers you need to wake up to the waste.
