Sea Isle City since the City is charging the coffee, ice cream and acai bowls etc. vendors on the beach to aquire a permit. Why is the City allowing Golf cart and bikes to be rented from offshore without purchasing a permit being dropped off at properties. All the businesses who have this business in town should be very upset. They in the City are renting space and the City is allowing these vendors just to go into S.I. without a permit. Something is wrong with this pics.
