As a former long term rental owner and now a short-term rental owner, the long-term renters created this problem by not taking care of my properties or paying their rent on time or not at all, and at that time us having to file a court complaint and eventually having the Sheriff's office remove the renter/s. We covered our bases with background checks but even that didn't guarantee the above mentioned. Short-term renters are a win-win in every way. ENJOY "the new" NORTH CAPE MAY.
