Over the years, I have seen cars and other vehicles, passing school buses in the loading and unloading zones, no regard for children or the stop signs. I just saw in Pennsylvania. They have cameras on the stop signs. The police can issue tickets to the owner. I would like New Jersey to issue fines of $1000, doubling each time.
