Not sure what the MVC (formerly the DMV) is teaching in their drivers license manual these days but I don’t believe we’re supposed to use the sidewalk on Magnolia when passing a vehicle turning left on Romney. He just about took out the poor guy’s memorial just to get into the lumber yard. Drive like a human.
