My long term renters in N Avalon are definitely asking about the beach. I’ve had to reduce my ask in seasons past, and it looks like I will again this year. I’ve given them info on the beaches further south on the island which might work out. Except the bathroom is an issue. I hope Avalon puts some portable John’s on some of the beaches.
