Middle Twp Schools must AGAIN have too much tax money and are spending it like there’s no bottom. There has been no rain in over a week, yet Saturday a school employee was cutting the grass on overtime at Elementary #1. There is also a contract for a private contractor to take care of the main entrance. Why, when there are full time grounds staff?
