Mayor please consider "shared service" for public works. Trash in the streets, potholes. missing signs, weeds in the roadway at curb, and etc. The expensive street sweeper has been trashed for years and out of service. Inefficient - three men, backhoe, and dump truck to pick-up a paper bag of yard waste - really? There only function seems to be cutting grass? Shared service may not lower costs; but the Boro will have things done right.
