Just read the comments on the spout about our towns decorations not lighting up and the commenter commented that the City’s Purchasing agent and the City Clerk was one ones who ordered the decorations. Why is our City Clerk involved in this? Shouldn’t the decisions for these decorations be the mayor and tourism department? City Clerk needs to start concentrating on their job and get the meetings live-streamed
