I've lived in Stone Harbor for many years and always took pride in the fact that this island had wonderful Veterans Day ceremonies. This year was different. Not only was it inside on a sunny day, it was like nobody prepared for this. No military speaker and just small talk. No Veteran message. This year might have been the worst ever. Although the hot dog and mustard was pretty good.
