I’ve been watching the Wildwood landfill project. I know it’s been funded by some open space fund and it looks like a nice idea. My concern is once the project is complete who pays for all of the upkeep and maintenance? Here we go again another free facility for all to enjoy and the burden falls on the Wildwood taxpayers. Free everything unless you live here your taxes keep going up. Heaven forbid we build something that generates income. Where are the rateables from all of the new construction? It will never change.
