It is so funny to see the post about HR in Local Government. The more post you see the better the municipality will become. It means that the manipulation by self-entitled lazy employees is being exposed. Most employees complain about each other more than anything else. Why does this employee get to come in early and leave late, why does this employee get to work from home. Why can’t I wear my ear buds at work all day and watch movies and ignore customers at the counter. Keep doing your thing HR managers. We are spending tax payers dollars for these bad employees. Do better for the people!
