It is nice to know that CMC, commissioners hire retired cops, others that collect a pension. Also, how these individuals are given Director jobs without any knowledge of said job. Shame on all who agreed with this. I am sure there are employees in these departments that are qualified. Or how about those Directors that do not work entire work days? Until the dictatorship at the top stops this will continue. And the employees who are deserving of those positions continue to work in poverty level positions. WAKE UP
