In response to the UT spouter related to Code Enforcement: there ae many factors which affect any townships ability to enforce their Codes, the primary one being that the violator refuses to respond to Notices/Orders directing the violator to comply with a Code(s), even after being brought before a judge. Additionally, the Township may not be aware of a violation(s) until it is brought to the attention.
