In north Jersey sports complexes are private enterprise for the most part. People that use it pay, and those that don’t, don’t. Contrary to popular opinion I see all sorts of people exercising outside every day here and given the choice many tell me they like it that way. Who wants to be inside exercising, didn’t we come here for the beauty and nature? It’s rare that we get weather that good clothing can’t handle.
