I'm just putting this out there to you young parents of today.. kittens and puppies are cute when you get them for your child but they need care ok? You can't just tie them up to a tree and let them bark ALLLLL DAY. That's is cruelty to animals and if you don't stop I WILL CALL on you. It's bad enough were all dealing with your 5 cats!! That you just let roam the neighborhood. Wake up will ya and stop getting your kids pets that you want nothing to do with as we have to listen to it for sometimes up to 6 hours. Poor thing probably just wants some attention, maybe a drink of water
