If Testa is so concerned about our coastal communities, couldn’t the $$$ and time be spent on our crumbling bridges, flood mitigation and housing crisis? To pay for signage, mapping, instrumentation updates, etc in hopes of getting an “atta boy” from tRUMP is pathetic and laughable-except we’re paying for his irresponsible folly.
