I think the Borough should grab the tram cars being retired from service and start a Borough funded island wide tram service. Stops could be at the bridge, Bedrock Golf, Borough Hall, Diamond Point, The Marina District, Little Beach, West Side Saloon, Deep Sea Liquors and end up at Frenchmans Cove. I think would promote business and for people to spend locally
