I learned my lesson, took my car to dealer for an oil change while I waited. After over an hour my car was still where I parked it. Service writer said they get to my car in about 15 minutes and then it would be another half hour. I took my keys and left. Made appointment to my local car service place. Service was great and much cheaper. It’s better when you eliminate person who I made appointment with and the service writer. Never again, and when they mail me coupons for service they’ll go right in the trash can.
