I am all for the beautiful hotel by Eustace Mita on the former amusement park location. First of all, it is beautiful, reminds me of the Coronado in San Diego. Second, it is inclusive of all people; most folks cannot afford to purchase a multi-million-dollar home in OC, but many can save up for a stay at the hotel and enjoy all OC has to offer. It would benefit small businesses from a retail standpoint. But honestly, it is something unique and elegant rather than the cookie cutter homes and condos plaguing the islands.
