Lower Township

How is it acceptable for the HR Coordinator/Deputy Manager to publicly respond to anonymous Spout Off posts? While I understand she may be frustrated with criticism of her management style, the fact that employees feel compelled to raise concerns anonymously speaks volumes. It reflects a workplace environment where staff do not feel safe bringing issues forward directly. The Township should also recognize that these concerns are not isolated to one department dissatisfaction exists across multiple departments under the current leadership approach.
