During the second governor's debate mikie Sherrill attempted to address our housing crisis. We are going to deal with all the ' colluding landlords ', Sherrill proclaimed. Does she think we have monthly meetings and arbitrarily raise rents each month? By her reasoning, food is high, gasoline is high, home and vehicle insurance is high, are businesses all colluding together to maximize profits from citizens? Clearly, she does understand business , housing, a landlord predicament or anything else that requires devising sound policies.
