Does anyone know where a Cape May County Facilities and Services employee talk to about being harassed and disrespected by their supervisor? County HR is not a option because I've seen in the past when a employee stands up and reports it. Past employees who stood up and complained about being treated unfair were forced to quit or they transferred them. Nobody deserves to be treated this way. All they tell you is if you don't like it then quit. I'm working two jobs trying to make ends meet. Does anyone have a answer?
