Didn't see any givebacks from the Septa elite management that might help close a funding gap that hurts us all,even down here if we need to go to the city. Agreed that's tough to close that big a deficit, but having worked at similar, (NJT), the spirit of cooperation that is pushed by management isn't being returned.
