TIPS stands for To Insure Proper Service In reality you should TIP me up front so I know how to treat you as I have Mastered my craft of 35 years. I can’t believe I have to say this again. Bartender’s waitresses bus-boys we all work for TIPS. We do everything and beyond for you. We are all Masters of our craft with high volume. So, I get it $ is tight. That doesn’t mean you TIP less. If you can’t tip, don’t come here. It’s disgusting and disrespectful. People that don’t tip, we remember you.
