Argue that beach replenishment is a money-pit, subsidised by taxpayers for developers & hotels, and the environment suffers. All barrier island homes should be self insured, like they used to be. Also, what happened to the sand bars? They would break the big waves before hitting the shoreline. Stop wasting our tax dollars and raising everyone's insurance!!
