Another reason the crime rate in Philadelphia will continue to rise is because Larry Krasner was re-elected as District Attorney. Then again, "Let 'em Loose Larry" obviously has a massive amount of career criminals along with their friends and family that vote for him. Another "Sanctuary City" at its finest!
